(to produce rolling wheels) loosen the support block fastening bolts, add or remove washers at the bottom of the support block to adjust the height of the support block, and then tighten the bolts. The height of the support block plays an important role in the rolling process.


(1) The height of the support block depends on the specifications of the rolled workpiece, and can be slightly higher or lower according to different workpiece materials. Under normal circumstances, for ordinary steel, high-quality carbon steel and non-ferrous metal workpieces, the center of the workpiece can be slightly lower than the center of the roller rod by 0-0.25mm, and for high-strength, high-quality alloy steel and stainless steel workpieces, the center of the workpiece can be slightly Higher than the center of the roller rod. In use, users should adjust according to actual conditions.


(2) The width of the support block should be based on the fact that the rolling wheel will not collide with the support block during rolling. (Rolling wheel) For workpieces with a diameter below M10, the width should be close to the maximum allowable width. For workpieces above M10, the top width of the support block is allowed to be larger, but it does not need to exceed 18mm.
