Carbon Steel Wire Round Ring Making Machine
Machine Features:
1. PLC+Touch Screen Control;
2. Automatic feeding ( feeding the wire)
3. Automatic Wire straightening;
4. Automatic ring forming ( hydraulic system 2.2kw)
5. Automatic moving (pneumatic robot arm)
6. Automatic welding (AC resistance power)
7. Automatic unloading (pneumatic robot arm)
8. Sound-light alarm function: the machine will give alarm when wire lack,
power is not stable, etc to protect machine and operator safety.
9. Counting function: can preset the needed product quantity. When this quantity is reached,
the machine will stop automatically.
10. Monitoring function: the touch screen will monitor the whole process of actions
and the welding current of each welding process. It will give alarm, when the monitoring
function is abnormal.
Adopting PLC controlling system and 7'' touch screen operation, it is friendly and convenient to operate.
Input the basic parameter, the machine can finish the process automatically.
